can a taco truck make it in Cincinnati?
How about a line 20+ deep on a chilly Saturday afternoon. I'm going to guess there's been a pent up demand for a taco truck for some time. Reasonable price, good product, the taco's were deliciousness, and add to that standing around Fountain Square talking to friends, people watching after the Ididarod.
How much better does it get than that?
Yep, I think Señor Roys is gonna do ok.
There was someone there, long lens camera standing on the tire of the truck up in everyones face, so I think this guy had it with cameras by time I got there.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I think there's a market. You should've seen how many people came running (seriously--full-on sprint, $$ in hand) up to the truck during the Cinditarod (when they weren't yet open for business, just handing out burritos to the race participants).
