A couple friends downtown keep bragging on Papa Murphy's Pizza, and I always forget about it but we actually saw it on a trip to Home Depot and we decided to keep it in mind for the next time we wanted pizza.
I'm breaking one of my most sacred rules by getting in the car to get something to eat, but it was time for a pizza road trip.

Note to self, when heading towards the river and in Kentucky, you do not want southbound expressways.
should be obvious. But its not.
The pizzas come fully assembled but uncooked.



The pizza looks awesome, but the taste? Not so awesome. Its OK, but not worrth the drive.
If I'm going to do a chain, John is the only Papa for 5chw4r7z.

Cincinnati Supper Club: The Twentieth

After a week delay due to weather, we finally got in the Cincinnati Supper Club. Perched high atop a steep Price Hill hill is Steve cool house. The views are absolutely sunning. The food was excellent as was the company.



We didn't plan this, honest.

Cool thing about these events is 1. they're cool and 2. you meet all kinds of interesting people.
I found CandicKY on FaceBook last week and we had 26 friends in common and I know all of them in real life. How the hell do I not know her? It turns out I had met her breifly at a party and re-met her again last night. And she is pro city too, cool, got some interesting info on upcoming developments in OTR. Here she is dancing last night.

J8DED Pictures(formerly Foxalpha Films) is now in post production on our project that filmed in Cincinnati Ohio in 2008. The 5chw4r7z was nominated for the lamo Best Blog under the Public Eye category.
I don't go much for this stuff, especially since they've lumped everyone together. Kind of like having a transportation award and having a tank and a snowmobile.
WFT, why throw food, architecture, political and diarist blogs all together in one group? At least this year they don't make you vote for 30 things. These rag mags still aren't trying when it comes to online stuff, and why would they, we're their competition, I get all my info online and rarely crack a CityBeat.

Joseph Williams Home

New location and 1yr anniversary party.
The new location is really nice and showcases their products a little better than the old one did.
Its one of those rare stores where when you look at the price, its costs about what you'd be willing to pay for it, unlike some of those Hyde Park stores where you wonder if a decimal point is in the wrong place.
If you haven't been to the store yet, you need to hit the Q and check it out, have a sandwich at Lavo and wander through the other stores too while you're at it.

Superbowl 3D

Even though the Steelers won, I think thats one of the better Superbowl games I've seen, it stayed close and thrilling until the end.
What was evn better was Superbowl in 3D! YEAH rockin like its 1950 baby!
I think this is the way to do the superbowl though, a nice quiet evening at home, stretch out relax, laugh at the funny comercials, ignore the stupid ones.
Made for an enjoyable evening, no one harrasing me when the BUZZSAW collapse at the end.

taste? what taste?

This is so weird; I get up yesterday and make coffee. I decide to try filtered water, bet that tastes awesome, I think. Nope, I was gagging it down, I couldn’t get over it, I’m never doing that again. Later we’re doing some running around and im starving so we hit Burger King, and this is the really strange part, the Burger King smelled exactly like the coffee did!
WFT?
So I’m literally gagging this burger down, whatever the heck I have really wacked out my sense of taste. Everything has that penicillin/chrome/aluminum taste to it. Wednesday/Thursday I had a sore throat hacking cough. Friday no sore throat, but exhausted, slept all night and then all day. And then Saturday
BAM!!
