I've always said that streetart is the twitter of art. And not because it broadcasts a current message, although it does do that, but it reflects whats happening right now. On the street. Like twitter its participants are in a constant game of one upmanship.
So you may have your thousand followers on twitter, but Higher Level Art, or as WCPO called them, with finger quotes, "Higher Level Art" has every eyeball on Central Parkway.
