Carved out of the cavernous remains of the extinct Cadillac Ranch, We Olive & Wine Bar has opened on 6th as the northern block of Fountain Square slowly fills again.
Cody & Leah Jones, veterans of the service industry love the city and food and wine, which led them to this endeavor. They emphasized that they want each visit to be a culinary and learning experience. After sampling various olive oils I can attest there is a wide gulf between fresh olive oil and what you would pull off the average store shelf.
Along with fresh olive oil and vinegar We Olive & Wine Bar also serves beer and wine along with meat and cheese plates.
