I'll get this out of the way first, if you're on a budget or can only see one or two shows this year, Car/Street shouldn't be it. Also, if you came expecting a scathing commentary on todays dependence on cars and oil, again you'll be sorely disappointed. IF however you came expecting to see a train wreck and maybe just how bad it could be, surprise! It was entertaining on some strange level of not knowing what was going on and the weird expectation of what was going to happen next. For instance, the old couple walking the dog that became angry and threw something a the speeding car, were they part of the show?
I don't know.
See thats what it was all about, maybe eight hours of a quiet street condensed into 25 minutes. What did it all mean?
Nothing I think, it just was.
