Downtown Miami is the closest I've felt to the movie Bladerunner, being up in a skyscraper was amazing. All that was missing was the nonstop rain and the movie feel would have been complete.

Wynwood, a neighborhood in Miami, reminds me a little bit of OTR. Except Wynwood was an industrial neighborhood that sat abandoned until artist began moving in and recreating the place. Redevelopment began happening in the early 2000s and there are many high-end retailers although they are a little spread out.
The big attraction is the street art.
