1628 - the newest downtown coworking location

Are you looking for flexspace that isn't a ho-hum run of the mill office?
1628, located at 11 Garfield Place is a place for mobile worker who also has a discriminating eye for design and art.
Per 1628's website: ... built to empower professional achievement and self-fulfillment amidst an environment of culture and elegance. In a world overflowing with information and chaos, we are guardians of your daily routine, protectors of your efficiency, practitioners of old-school hospitality.
I have to say, it was, on a personal level, pretty cool to walk around looking at art by Cincinnati artists that I admire. Tamara Schwarting the creator and curator did a good job creating a dramatic space with simple design elements. And it isn't just the inside of the space either, the views outside are filled with art and inspirational views. Technology wasn't overlooked with secure FiOptics and wireless throughout. The meeting/collaboration rooms were all equipped with speaker phones and large format smart TVs.

If you need swap/collaboration space or a physical office, 1628 is built to impress.
