gloomy wet rainy mornings call for comfort foods, warm rooms and friends.
so what better place to be when you want to be down with the down and in?
Take the Cake of course. seated at the long community tables surrounded on both sides by friends and strangers you can't stay cold forever and you don't.
One of the best things about the place is meeting there with friends and then randomly bumping into everyone else since it seems any given Sunday half my twitter friends are there.
the place gets so packed at times, this is where the tables make sense, just take a knee at the end of a table and carry on as George demonstrates.
