what is the Cincinnatus PAC?

The Cincinnatus PAC, if you remember, was the PAC that illegally received $200,000 in funds from the Parks Department. The money was used to air TV commercials for Issue 22, written to be the mayors personal slush fund. The money was paid back to the city department and Issue 22 went down in flames. Interstingly Cincinnati's mayor thinks he can operate with impunity and always seems to learn the wrong lesson. For instance, what was the lesson Issue 22 gave? That people didn't want a slush fund with no checks and balances. What lesson did the mayor learn? He learned he needs more precinct "yes men" to manipulate and control the local Democratic party.
And how common is it for out of state money and PACs to be used in a hyper-local precinct election? Apparently, it is exceedingly rare.
There are a lot of out of town interests on this list of donors. Whose future does HIGHTOWERS PETROLEUM and KOKOSING CONSTRUCTION really care about? Ours or the mayors?

These flyers have been paid for and mailed by the Cincinnatus PAC. I don't know who is running in each precinct, but no one should ever blindly vote for a name on a postcard.
The mayor couldn't "protect our parks" but somehow he'll protect Obama's legacy.
