OTR Burger Salvation

Spontaneity has a way of making good things great.
Like that time you went out for a quick drink at Party in the Park and woke up three days later in Rabbit Hash missing a sock and shoe.
We where just there for a quick drink which by the end of the evening morphed into a 4 hour dinner.
I'm not complaining, un contraire, I had to pinch myself a few times that I was actually eating dinner with two fascinating food bloggers, the CincinnatiNomerati and Epi-Ventures.

A whole discussion around the best burger in Cincinnati. I still have to go with Terry's at #1 and a Big N' Tasty slots in down around 6 or 7 probably.
But kinda like Vincent said "That's a pretty f#@king good burger" except he didn't say burger, but you get the point.

I know that and a buck ninty five will get us a coffee at Tazza but we were the first customers to use the outdoor furniture.

  1. Have to ask, and as a regular you might know: How long before Senate knocks down that wall and expands into the neighboring spot?

1 hour wait last night at 8:45, on a Thurs, for a place that specializes in hotdogs. Looks just as busy at 730!

Needs a hair more bar space.

  2. It can't be soon enough can it?
The place was empty around 6, then just like that it was packed, took us forever to get a table.
    I blame the 'nomerati ;-D

  7. Zack:

From my discussions with the owners, they don't plan on knocking out that wall for expansion any time soon. They told me they would rather have a couple small restaurants than one large restaurant. So get used to that coziness.

BTW, the outdoor area looks great Bob...great pics.

  11. This town seems to have a problem with space design, same thing happened with the overpriced redesign at Findlay. The space for patrons between the bar and wall seems disproportionate to the space behind the counter.

Loved this... "went out for a quick drink at Party in the Park and woke up three days later in Rabbit Hash missing a sock and shoe" there is a song in there somewhere.

Bob I did not know you had ever been to Rabbit Hash. You do know that it is the center of the universe don't you?
