Hey, is that a construction crane? I live near Buffalo, NY. I think I remember seeing one of those cranes many years ago. Been awhile since I've seen one in this town. Good for you.
Honestly, I think The Banks developer just parked a crane and a few trailers on the site to give the illusion something is going on. Looking closer, I see no progress.
I suspect Michael didn't see what it looked like earlier. They've built it up substantially to get it to street level along Main St. It was literally a hole in the ground last summer.
