cycle paths vs psycho-paths

To celebrate the northbound lane of the Central Parkway Bike Lane completion the Urban Basin Bicycle Club scheduled a ride to explore and enjoy our newest piece of bike infrastructure. I was pleasantly surprised despite all the drama various media outlets were trying to create that not one car was parked in the bike lane. All that hand wringing for nothing. We did a ride up Central to Hopple and then back into downtown on State St.
If you're interested in joining a ride, the Urban Basin Bicycle Club departs from Fountain Square every Tuesday at 7:30.

I love the vintage retro look. You don't need special equipment, clothes or bikes to enjoy riding.

  1. They missed a tree!
or is that an ongoing process?
I'm still no fan of that path/lane thing but the fact it's probably messing with a salesman I used to work with is AOK.
