      Funny, the parade didn't kick off until almost 1 so he was stressing for no reason.

      It was going by 12:20. I watched from closer to the start. I thought about joining him if nobody else showed up but there were about a half dozen by the time they passed me.
      One of the sillier aspects to the parade is that people enter & exit all along the route.
      You kinda have to walk up & down the parade route to see that.
