People love having a good time.
People love eating.
You can thank God for realizing that good times and good food go together like peanut butter and chocolate and then combining both of them into fish frys.
And it also took three fish frys for me to realize this, so far, the people working these fish frys are having as much or more fun than the customers. Makes sense, the Debby Downers will weed themselves out of the equation leaving people who really want to work.
So the customers are having good times, the people working are having good times, and we're having good times.

That brings us up to the fish fry at Bridgetown Finer Meats. Now someone said that its not really fair to compare BFM with the church fries because BFM are trained professionals. I say, life ain't fair.
Bridgetown employs a their own beer batter for a super crispy crust and Servatti bakes them custom 5' long loaves of bread for the sandwiches. Everyone also raved about the mac&cheese and the fruit cup. I gave BFM 4.5 fish.
Bridgetown, is mostly take out, by a vast majority. Out of 1480 orders they processed, I bet 1465 of them were carried out of the store or handed out the take out window, the cars poured through non stop and they had two police officers directing traffic.

One last thing to do before you go, you have to walk a few store fronts down and visit Jenny's Homemade Cookies. Big rich and melt in your mouth good. You're going to be stuffed from the fish fry, but when you eat Jenny's cookies later on in the evening you'll thank me.
You're welcome.

That Jenny (THE Jenny of Jenny's Homemade Cookies) is one more picture down.
