Some new development just two blocks off the street car route at Broadway and 400 E 13th looks to be a couple cool spaces. The rehab being done by Urban Expansion is scheduled to be complete June 1.
If you're looking for something unique, the 3 bedroom at 1304 Broadway should rent for $1500 a month and the 2 bedroom for $1200.
