Ohio River Flood

It's up, literally a foot from flooding Mehring Way, flowing fast it took three tugs pushing Ruby's Waterfront Restaurant to get it in place where the TGIF used to sit years ago.

So we were hanging out on the bridge wondering why these two guys steamed up to the bridge and then stopped, just hanging out.
And then BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAA this exploded out from under the bridge
