Brighton Gallery Walk
I've been asked the past couple months if I've been to a Brighton Gallery Walk, no never heard? until last week, I immediately marked the calendar and made plans. The quantity of galleries was small but the quality wasn't, some heady stuff.
Anyhow, this was a very interesting bookend to the Bellevue Walk. If Bellevue was Thomas Kinkade, Brighton very well could be Basquiat.
And like I said before its not a good thing or a bad thing, it just means there is something for everyone.
The next event we're doing a twtvite for you guys like'n edgy.
The Brush Factory doesn't have regular hours, appointment only, Friday though, they had the place throw open wide and a DJ spinning.
An awesome end to another awesome evening.
An aside; I want to thank you again for reading my blog, comments from people on the street over the last week or so were very humbling, I feel some pressure because of it, pressure to not suck, not let anyone down, but I'm grateful to have touched peoples lives in a positive way.
So thanks again, I do this mostly for myself and I always find it incredible others find value in it.
comments?
I just knew you knew were the West End was. Welcome to our 'hood! We actually haven't hit the galleries down that way either yet, so I was to see your snippets. Definitely on my to-do.
