Its easy to feel that way sometimes, everybody does at one time or another. But if you can celebrate being a round peg it anywhere, OTR is as good as place as any. (Right after the Northside probably, but that is a story for another day)
The second Sunday of every month June thru October people flood Main St in OTR to do just that.
This past Sunday's theme was Pride. Drag races, tricycle races and more balloons than you could throw at a drag race participant.

My favorite picture of the day, this guy has turned his ankle and is going down, meanwhile two kids have launched water ballons at him. A split second later and I would have gotten that ballon exploding in his face.
