FUSIAN x QUAN HAPA

Fusian, everyone's favorite fast casual restaurant serving sushi has always had a community focus. You could see it in the stores basic philosophy. Everything is compostable, if not it is recyclable. Almost nothing goes in the trash.So it should be no surprise they would look to friends and neighbors for inspiration. And that lead them to the FUSIAN x QUAN HAPA COLLAB SERIES. The roll features elements of Korean tradition paired with familiar FUSIAN selections. The special will run through February with a $1 from every roll donated to Cincinnati Public Schools student health + wellness programs. Once Fusian's Collab roll runs its course they'd love to partner up with another Cincinnati restaurant.
The possibilities are exciting. A Senate hello kitty roll? LaRossa's pepperoni pizza roll? Oh Man!!
