Christmas window displays call for lightly falling snow. Not the blizzard we had last year or this years heavy rain. The window displays could have waited, they'll be up through Christmas but I couldn't miss Collective Espresso's two year anniversary party. Two years but it already feels like they've been in OTR forever. What did we do for coffee before Collective Espresso existed? OK OK, there are other places for coffee but none of them guarantee I'll see a friend every time I visit like Collective Espresso. If you haven't been there yet, what the hell? Idlewild Woman, a new women's store in the old Joseph William Home location. They are operating as a pop-up on weekends until Christmas and the will close and reopen in the spring.
