Light Up OTR

Unlike the Fountain Square tree lighting where the entire city of Cincinnati shows up to celebrate, the OTR tree lighting is a more intimate affair. That's not to say no one showed up, there were a couple hundred people in Washington Park on a unseasonably warm night. The OTR tree lighting is more of a community building event where you'll probably know half the people gathered around. I saw kids running past on Vine St as I sat in one of the bars grabbing a drink beforehand and recognized them all.
OTR sure is changing.

    I feel like I was at a different event. I never saw this many people. I think the guy sent us out with the luminaries right before this... and therefore missed it all. Meh. :)
