That's the whole point of their new tasting room compliments of Gov. Kasich and his relaxed policies on breweries and tasting rooms. I recently had the opportunity to check out Mt. Carmel's tasting room and tour their production facility when Paige set up a little after hours taste and tour.
Mt. Carmel Brewing offers five styles year round, four seasonal and one rotating limited edition draft only Snapshot Series.

Patrick, brand coordinator and brewing assistant and all around Mt. Carmel enthusiast gave us the grand tour.


Patrick told us how Mike Dewey, the master brewer and owner of Mt Carmel has managed to accomplish all this, Mike is a gear head at heart and keeps fine tuning the machinery and processes to do things no one else has done. For instance the bottling system, how do they manage to keep hundreds or retail outlets stocked filling 6 bottles at a time? Very little waste or down time.

So after all that I have to ask, is this Kasich's and Mt. Carmel's vision for Ohio?
