Those who don’t learn from the past are doomed to repeat it.
Funny this gets repeated over and over again and yet no one learns that repeating it gets them nowhere.
Maybe Kurt Vonnegut was much closer to the truth when he said;
“History is merely a list of surprises. It can only prepare us to be surprised yet again.”
