Taco Night in America!

Well, OTR. Or Findlay Market to be more specific. When Tablespoon Cooking Co. added a taco night to their schedule I didn't mess around and I rsvp'd right then. These Tablespoon Cooking classes are really cool. There were people of all skill levels in the class, one woman chopping onions like it was her full-time job to one guy a little apprehensive around a knife and cutting board. But no matter your skill level, Ms. Hamons and Ms. Kinney plus a few other instructors roamed around offering tips and encouragement. Luckily for Ms. 5chw4r7z and I, we've taken one of the knife skills classes and get plenty of practice at home so I knew which end of a knife to grab. The mind-blowing part of the class for me is we make some of these dishes all the time, but it's amazing having a trained professional lean in to give you a simple tip and it tastes 10x better than what we do at home.
Chicken and beef were grilled, salsas made, tortillas heated up and when we got done everyone joined together and enjoyed a taco feast.
Teamwork tastes awesome!
