Per Maya Drozdz, "Over the past year, Ledge Gallery has hosted diverse exhibitions, from contemporary art to fascinating and esoteric artifact collections. For this, our one-year retrospective, we gather together one piece from each exhibition and celebrate the synergy and enthusiasm that has greeted this venture from its early days in its original location in Over-the-Rhine..."
When Ms. Drozdz asked me to be part of the retrospective I got excited, I had planned my exhibit around the Ledge Gallery in her tiny AF OTR apartment and worried about the context being lost at the gallery in back of Your Friends & Neighbors. The retrospective I felt would add the context to my photos that was lost, and it did.
