Every three or four months the galleries and shops in OTR have their schedules line up and Final Friday is a blowout. Add in The Fringe Festival and the Reds back in town and OTR was wall to wall people. And I'm not talking about two blocks of Vine St. either. From Washington Park to Main St the sidewalks were packed. I guess it wasn't just the sidewalks that were packed, the streets were gridlocked with cars. If you have the option, ride your bike in, or take a bus.
Just imagine what OTR is going to be like when there is a streetcar rolling through every 15 minutes dropping thirty to fifty people off at a time.
