The Frameshop and Susanne

The Frameshop hosted an open house in their new Walnut Hills digs. They still have their store front on Main St. in OTR they just needed more workspace which this building on Taft provided. In addition to that we got a tour of the newest apartments in the renovated Sussane building across the street at 705 E McMillian. They haven't determined the rent yet but these apartments are palaces compared to what you'll find in OTR. Size wise at least. Just a short walk to the new Fireside Pizza location and the Five Alley Beirgarden and close to all the new energy in East Walnut Hills you can get in before the OTR rush begins when things really heat up in the neighborhood.

UC MetroLab was also there talking about their new project this year. They did some really cool stuff with the Five Alley Beergarden last year so even though they've moved on its nice they've still kept a connection with the neighborhood.




Then we crossed the street. Remember I said they were big? The living room/kitchen is as big as my condo. The walk in closets are half the size of my bedroom.
