You never step in the same river twice ~ Heraclitus
The beauty of these Urban Basin Bicycle Club rides, for me at least but probably for everyone is how different the city can be depending on which direction the ride takes. Head south across the river and ride through the dense urban neighborhoods of Newport and Covington. Head east and ride through the country side. But my favorite rides are the ones were we ride past all the, for lack of a better term, urban porn. Old history filled buildings.
Houses, schools, factories and breweries. Its amazing how much undiscovered, by me at least, stuff is out there waiting on a street I've never ventured down before.
This past week we rode from Fountain Square to Camp Washington, its amazing a year of doing these rides and we still haven't seen everything yet.
